カフェスタイルフロントフェンダー作ってみました。アレンさんのところで出していた、昔はよく売っていたなんてことのないフェンダーですが、今は廃盤？？なんか買えない様で、さらに最後の方はFRPではなく、ふにゃふにゃな樹脂みたいな素材に変わり、すぐにクラック入ったりしてたので、丈夫なFRPで再現しました。私はこのフロントフェンダーが一番好きで、９０年代から使っています。カワサキのZにも合いますね、短くカットしてつけてみました。
I made a café-style front fender. It’s the same fender Allen used to sell—nothing special, but it used to sell really well. It seems to be discontinued now?? I couldn’t find it anywhere, and toward the end, they switched from FRP to some flimsy resin-like material that cracked easily, so I recreated it using sturdy FRP. This is my favorite front fender; I’ve been using it since the ’90s. It fits the Kawasaki Z too—I cut it down a bit and gave it a try.
気分で作ってみました。時にはこんな感じがベタで良いのではないでしょうか。
色が褪せてきたらかっこい良いイメージです。
I just made this on a whim. Sometimes, something this straightforward is just what you need, don’t you think?
It’ll look really cool once the colors start to fade.
サムズワークシャツ半袖バージョンも作ってみました。しかしベンデイビスのシャツってものは最高にかっこいいですねぇ、、。これもガンガン洗ってボロくなったら完成ですね。
I also made a short-sleeve version of the Sam's Work Shirt. But man, Ben Davis shirts are just so cool... Once I've washed this one a bunch and it's worn out, it'll be perfect.
