仙台のこの景色が好きです。ど真ん中に昔のサムズ跡があって、そのまっすぐ奥に三角形の山（太白山）。雨の予報の中仙台へ向かいましたが、しっかりと晴れてくれました☺️
I love this view of Sendai. Right in the center is the former site of Sam's, and straight behind it is the triangular-shaped Mount Taihakusan. I headed to Sendai even though rain was in the forecast, but it turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day ☺️
ガキの頃からお世話になっている老舗のBAR 、通称 "アメぺー” 。 正一さんという、とても優しくチャーミングで最高にかっこいい大先輩がやっているバーです。仙台のアメリカンカルチャーはここから生まれました。今回も楽しい話がいっぱい出来ました、、楽しかったなぁ。県外の方も、仙台に行かれた際には是非行ってみてください。色々と為になる話がたくさん聞けますよ。仙台の方も、まだ行ったことない方は是非行ってみてください。仙台の本当のOG、しょういっつぁんがバリバリの仙台弁でおもしぇー話し聞かせてくれますよ☺️
It’s a long-standing bar I’ve been going to since I was a kid, known as “Ame-pee.” It’s run by a senior figure named Shoichi—a super kind, charming, and incredibly cool guy. I think Sendai’s American culture was born right here. We had plenty of fun conversations again this time… it was such a blast. If you’re from out of town, please be sure to check it out when you visit Sendai. You’ll hear all sorts of interesting stories there. For those of you in Sendai who haven’t been there yet, please do check it out. Shou-ichan, a true Sendai original, will regale you with fascinating stories in thick Sendai dialect☺️
店内ではこの曲がカセットテープで流れてました。（アメペーは３０年以上前からずっとカセットがBGMです）☺️
The other day, this was playing on a cassette tape. (At Amepe, we’ve been using cassettes for background music for over 30 years.) ☺️
