もう一回見ないとなぁ、、なんて何年も思いながら、３０年ぶりくらいにこの映画見ました。完全に予言の映画というか、３６年前の黒澤さんやスピルバーグさんや、スコセッシーさん達は２０〜３０年後の世界を予想していましたね。
サムズのブログを見てくださっている皆様は、見た事ない方がほとんどとは思いますが、まだ見た事が無い方は是非見てください。ハッとするシーンが沢山出てきますよ。水車の村の爺さんの言葉とかやばいです。
I’ve been thinking for years that I really should watch this again… and so, after about 30 years, I finally did. It’s practically a prophetic film—Kurosawa, Spielberg, and Scorsese were predicting what the world would look like 20 to 30 years from now, back 36 years ago.
I imagine most of you reading Sam’s blog haven’t seen it yet, but if you haven’t, you really should give it a watch. There are so many scenes that will blow your mind. The old man’s words in the village with the waterwheel are absolutely mind-blowing.
